wow! great quote of mark twain.

That´s remember me again to the Steve Jobs quote. "Death is the single best tool I ever......" (well I wrote that quote before so :-)

Hope to read your book soon.

Aren't we technically doing both? The present moment won't last forever, but we can still live in it.

I'm looking forward to the e-book! Out of curiosity, who are your other favorite philosophers?

Kent @ The Financial Philosopher

Yes, we are technically doing both but one may also say we are doing neither.

Once we think or speak of the present moment, it has already passed. Also, the present moment (or I should say simply "the present") never ends just as tomorrow never comes.

Thanks for the comment on the e-book. Some of my other favorite philosophers include Kierkegaard, Nietzsche, Descartes, Spinoza, Montaigne, Plato, Socrates, and Lau Tzu.

Some great thinkers in various fields that are often overlooked by academic philosophy include Viktor Frankl, Ayn Rand, Dorothea Brande and Abraham Maslow.

Thanks, as always, for commenting...
