"Remove the word 'should' and replace it with 'can' and see what happens." ~ Kent Thune
A friend, Greg Linster, asked if I was interested in writing some of my ideas and philosophies in a concise form, called aphorisms.
I'll share a few with you here but you may see several more of my aphorisms on his blog, Coffee Theory, or subscribe to his blog, Aphoristic Cocktails, for an "almost daily," supply of similar aphorisms:
The only conflicts that exist in nature are in the minds of humans.
There is no strength or weakness but only varying degrees of authenticity.
The energy used for searching displaces the energy needed for finding.
When you ask 'Who am I?' the ego is the first to answer.
If you think things need explanations, you will look for explanations. If you believe nothing requires an explanation, you will be happy.
For several more of my aphorisms, please visit Greg's blog post, Aphorisms by Kent Thune. Thanks, Greg, for the invitation to write them and for sharing my thoughts with your readers.

You're officially an aphorist now, Kent! And, of course, it was my pleasure to share your thoughtful words.
